For my 50th birthday present, I took off to North Vietnam with William Thompson, my photo mentor and National Geographic photographer - the only man to have ever photographed Mt. Everest in 360º. We spent time in Hanoi, photographing people on the street and visiting the main food market that supplies goods to the whole city...a feast for the eyes!

Traveling again with William Thompson, we explored the Northern reaches of Ladakh, India in the Himalayan mountains. We immersed ourselves in the Tibetan culture, visiting monasteries and walking with nomadic yak and sheep herders at 18,000'.
