Ladakh, India

The landing strip for Leh, Ladakh is a small bit or tarmac nestled in the Himilayan mountains at 11,000'. Traveling again with William Thompson and friends, we explored monasteries and ventured up to photograph nomadic yak and sheep herders in very remote villages. Our presence always seemed welcome as we made new friends along the way.
